1. Introduction
The Hazras Charity Foundation (HCF) team conducted an official visit to key government institutions in Yobe State to seek collaboration and notify them of our ongoing Shelter Pack Project, targeted at supporting vulnerable households across selected communities.
The visit aimed to strengthen partnership, enhance coordination, and ensure smooth implementation of all upcoming project activities in the state.

3. State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) – Yobe State
3. Purpose of the Visit
To formally notify the State Government through the concerned ministries of the ongoing Shelter Pack Project by HCF.
To seek collaboration, support, and alignment with state structures for effective and transparent implementation.
To request coordination and guidance on beneficiary verification and community-level engagement.
To ensure that all project activities comply with state humanitarian protocols and frameworks.

Presentation of the Shelter Pack Project objectives, target beneficiaries, and implementation timeline.
Need for inter-agency cooperation (Planning, Humanitarian, and SEMA) to avoid duplication of interventions.
