About Us

Hazras Charity Foundation (HCF) is a registered non-governmental and non-profit organization based in Kano State, Nigeria. We are driven by a strong commitment to uplift and empower the most vulnerable members of society through inclusive, sustainable, and compassionate interventions.

Founded on the principles of service, humanity, and community development, HCF operates with the core belief that every individual deserves access to basic needs, opportunities, and dignity, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our work targets underserved communities across Northern Nigeria, where poverty, lack of education, health challenges, and displacement are most prevalent.

We focus on six key thematic areas:

Education: Supporting access to quality education, especially for out-of-school children.

Healthcare: Providing medical outreach, support for maternal and child health, and awareness on preventable diseases.

Economic Empowerment: Delivering skills acquisition programs in tailoring, soap-making, catering, and other vocational fields to foster self-reliance.

Shelter and Infrastructure: Building and renovating homes, schools, clinics, and water facilities to support community wellbeing.

WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene): Ensuring safe water and sanitation systems in rural areas.

Humanitarian Response: Offering emergency relief including food distribution, Qurban, and support for displaced families.

Our mission is rooted in working hand-in-hand with local communities, government bodies, development partners, and international organizations to foster sustainable change. Through transparency, collaboration, and accountability, we strive to be a beacon of hope for those in need.
