Ongoing Offline: The campaign is currently ongoing offline and, thus still in the process of collecting funds.

Summary

The campaign aims to provide laptops for 300 orphans to support their online learning facilities.

Challenge

Every child has the right to access good learning facilities to realize their dreams in the future. Unfortunately, not all children, especially orphans and those facing financial difficulties, have adequate learning resources, especially during the current era when the learning process is conducted online.

Solution

On that basis, Griya Yatim and Dhuafa initiated the #SatuForSix campaign, aiming to procure 1 laptop that can be shared by 6 orphans and individuals facing financial challenges, supporting their learning process to help them achieve their dreams.

"Alhamdulillah, I really enjoy studying using a laptop; the screen is big. When I study together with my friends, the lesson material seems clearer," said Fatah, expressing his joy and enthusiasm for this latest learning tool.

The tremendous benefits experienced by Fatah and his friends further fuel our enthusiasm to promote the #OneForSix initiative. As this #AksiBaik (good action) gains momentum, we aspire to extend the reach, enabling hundreds of other orphans and individuals facing financial challenges, like Fatah, to access laptops as essential learning tools.

Griya Yatim & Dhuafa, an NGO dedicated to empowering the potential of orphans and aligning with SDG no. 4 (Quality Education) and SDG no. 10 (Reduced Inequalities), is fundraising to provide online learning facilities for orphans and individuals facing financial challenges. The project aims to make online learning tools, such as laptops, accessible to 300 orphans and those in need, ensuring they have an equal opportunity to experience education at a higher level.
