Officially registered with the Ministry of Economy, AWARD has cultivated a reputation for excellence through steadfast partnerships with international donors and government agencies, having implemented over 100 impactful projects throughout Afghanistan over the past three decades. Through these initiatives, AWARD has reached 15.5 million individuals, with 81% of its beneficiaries being women and girls, exemplifying its unwavering commitment to gender equity and inclusive development. In 2024 alone, AWARD's initiatives reached 382,000 individuals, with 68% of them being women. delivering essential support through targeted nutrition assistance for pregnant women and young children, cash-for-work programs aimed at vulnerable communities, and vocational training designed to empower women and girls.
