FAWDO created such posts and set up such bodies and working groups, as it deems necessary for the attainment of its objectives. This board contains senior management staff which is composed of Director, Deputy Director, Program Manager, HR Officer, Finance Officer, Gender Manager and other senior staff. The executive board is the ultimate and heigh source of decision-making body of the organization. The rest of staff is duty bound for their assigned responsibilities related to the activities of this organization on due time.
