We utilize 3 different strategies to develop project collaboration in FAWDO project team in addition to relying on our smart and highly diverse team of specialists to fulfill our project’s needs.
One of our approaches is to create and open and transparent project collaboration culture in FAWDO. The primary benefits of a shared workspace & information is the ability for everyone to see all the tasks involved in the delivery of the project and the schedule for completion. Making the process transparent by giving the whole team access to key information keeps our project on the right track.
We provide updates to every staff so everyone in organization knows exactly what stage the project is at and how it needs to progress. By making the project dependencies clear, team members can focus on the big picture rather than just their piece of the puzzle. This helped us to promote a collaborative approach and even a healthy sense of competition, as those who meet or even exceed expectations are there for all to see.
When key team members are working in the field important tasks/activities can slip through the cracks. Centralizing the management of the task with centralized-based project planning and resource management allows us to create environments where documents, information and resources can be shared with all the team members immediately.
Tracking all work in one system allows plans to be linked together and individual team members identify where dependencies and constraints between resources, projects and portfolios exist. The result is a more collaborative approach to projects, irrespective of where each team member might be.
In addition to the email inboxes and telephonic communication we have added other tools of communication which has increased our project collaboration across a project team. Choosing the right mode of communication can enrich a project and prevent team members from getting lost in an endless flow of emails.
Our Communication through specified WhatsApp/IMO Group has significantly increased our team collaboration especially during the project implementation in remote areas. Integrating social networking with can also make it easier for our project team members to communicate effectively.
