Summary

The project aims to provide training for 60 participants (30 men and 30 women) to solve the reading crisis.

Challenge

Since its creation in Ouarzazate, the Team for Leadership Skills Development “Alfari9” has identified the most important challenges facing young Moroccans in particular and society in general, the problem of reading is one of the most important challenges. most important and influential, and despite best efforts by all parties, the problem remains, and the evidence that the various indicators specified for this problem remain far from the desired level.

Solution

The organization aims to create a program that studies this problem and supervises workshops that will provide realistic solutions to encourage reading or address the various challenges and problems that arise from it at the economic, social, and other levels. The integration of leadership entrepreneurship and reading in a single program, as well as the use of creative methods, is the great advantage of our project to propose contractual solutions to ensure their continuity and to ensure their commitment to its implementation because these solutions will indirectly contribute to the creation of certain jobs, which will have a positive impact on the social situation of many people.

Alfari9 has successfully organized five editions of this wonderful program and we are preparing for its sixth edition our continuation is only one proof of the success and influence of the program on the young participants, this success brings to our project the confidence of the Moroccan Ministry of Culture to be an official partner of two editions.

The team intends to work according to an exceptional program During the sixth edition of the "Reading and Leadership Summer Forum", which will bring together 60 participants. The organizing committee has decided to open the door to the participation of graduates of the previous editions so that the list of participants consists of half of the graduates of previous editions and the other half of the new participants. The idea behind this choice is the team's willingness to identify the extent of the impact of the program on graduates and share their experiences to identify the strengths of the program and to further develop it, in addition, to creating a platform for cross-fertilization of ideas and reflection in a participatory manner to enrich the program in terms of content. In this edition, the focus will be on monitoring projects and their implementation in the real world based on the alumni platform, which was developed by the team, especially for this purpose.
