Summary
The campaign's objective is to offer assistance to 17 underprivileged children who need both healthcare and educational support.
Challenge
Healthcare in the Comoros faces big problems. One of the main issues is that there isn't enough money or the right tools to help sick people, especially children. Every year, some of these sick kids die from illnesses that can be treated. These diseases make it hard for them to go to school and learn. It's a very sad situation.
Many kids get sick, and some even lose their lives because they can't get the treatment they need. This is because their families don't have enough money to take them to the doctor. The situation keeps getting worse, and it's tough for these children.
In simple terms, we need to make sure that all kids in the Comoros can get the medical help they need to stay healthy and go to school. This way, we can save lives and give these children a better future.
Solution
Children requiring surgical procedures will receive complete care, including their hospital stay, the surgery itself, and all hospital expenses. The HUMANICOM association will help families with the necessary paperwork.
Additionally, trained people will be with the children throughout their journey. At the same time, a specialized pediatrician, along with other volunteer doctors, will provide free follow-up care to make sure the children recover well after their surgery.
Furthermore, children who have received medical care, and whose parents don't have enough resources, will also get help with their education.
