Who we are: -

 Numo Yemen Development Foundation ( NYDF) is a non-profit, non-governmental, independent, emerging civil society organization based in Taiz. The Foundation began its development activity in the form of community initiatives and implemented many activities during the previous two years. It obtained a permit to practice the activity on December 8, 2022, number 69. The Foundation operates in several main areas: development, rural agricultural development, climate action, peace, education, health, humanitarian and relief, environmental, social protection, capacity building... and seeks comprehensive community development. 

   Abrief history about NYDF:-

It began in the form of community initiatives and implemented its first project under the name of the Youth Coffee Council in Taiz Tourist Park to celebrate the Yemeni Coffee Day, corresponding to March 3 of each year, in partnership with the Renewal Youth Organization for Development and Peace and under the sponsorship of the Taiz Culture Office and the Yemeni Coffee Club.., and during the year 2022 AD, it was implemented Many activities, with self-support, the most recent of which was planting coffee trees in Taiz University - Administrative Sciences College , and its name was changed to the Red Gold Society for Human Development due to its attachment to the coffee tree, the pride of Yemenis, and In December of the same year, the Foundation obtained a permit to practice its development and humanitarian activities from the Office of Social Affairs and Labor - Taiz.

       OUR MESSAGE:-

Numo Yemen Development Foundation seeks to contribute to achieving sustainable development to reduce poverty and hunger by implementing development and humanitarian projects that will permanently benefit Yemeni society, supporting the poorest groups and people with special needs to reduce poverty rates, and promoting a healthy environment free of diseases and pandemics filled with trees with special needs. Economic feasibility, and developing education by building the capabilities of volunteers and teachers and meeting their needs.

       OUR GOALS:-

1) Activating contract farming and encouraging a return to the cultivation, production and marketing of coffee inYemen.

2)  Supporting humanitarian development projects with sustainable impact.

3) Contributing to supporting education and stability programs in Yemen.

4) Strengthening and supporting health facilities and confronting environmental challenges and pandemics.

5) Working to create a safe and healthy environment for all segments of society.

6) Strengthening the resilience of the most vulnerable groups in society through income-generating projects and encouraging a return to the agricultural sector.

7) Supporting and empowering productive families and people with limited income through small development projects.

8) Strengthening the role of women and society in community partnership and accountability by supporting community initiatives.

9)  Contributing to caring for needy families and those with limited income and encouraging return to education.

10)   Promoting the values ​​and efforts of lasting peace among community members.
