Summary

The campaign aims to create a communal area where youth and women will receive comprehensive professional training, encompassing both technical expertise and soft skills.

Challenge

Socio-economic conditions in Bilasuvar are quite unfavorable. The primary factor contributing to this is the region's weak economic development and insufficient capacity to generate economic value. Particularly, the issue of unemployment among women and young people underscores the need to enhance human capital and establish new production sectors.

Solution

This project proposes an innovative solution to address this pressing issue, particularly by enhancing the knowledge and skills of disadvantaged community members, including women and youth who serve as sole breadwinners for their families. Through the project's implementation, an independent public space will also be established, which is vital for the region's youth development.

The target group will acquire technical skills to access quality education, while also being provided with means of production to develop sustainable solutions and enhance their local socio-economic conditions.

Those employed in the enterprise to be established will undergo advanced professional training to gain the necessary knowledge and skills. Once the technical staff is prepared, other team members will be recruited, and efforts will commence to establish the enterprise. Beyond serving as a production facility, the space will also function as a public venue. Periodic master classes will be organized for both young people and women, fostering local women's entrepreneurship. Additionally, young individuals will receive training in various soft skills, and a platform for discussion will be provided to encourage the realization of their ideas and initiatives. These initiatives will contribute to the socio-cultural and socio-economic development of young people in low-income communities, particularly women, and support the preservation of their mental health. Consequently, the standard of living for local residents will improve, leading to increased happiness and well-being.
