THE PROBLEM:
In Ebonyi, widowhood = begging. Widows evicted, stripped of land. 78% eat once daily, 65% cannot pay school fees, 90% zero capital. 3,900 widows forgotten.
SOLUTION - $100,000 = 1,000 WIDOWS IN 12 MONTHS:
1. Farming $40,000 - 500 widows get cassava stems, fertilizer, 1 acre land, climate training. Earn $300/season.
2. Business Grants $35,000 - 300 widows get $100 grant + training. 50% repays to Cooperative Bank.
3. Skills & Literacy $15,000 - 200 young widows get tailoring/hairdressing/catering + 500 literacy.
4. Cooperative $10,000 - Register Widows Cooperative, legal aid, PSEA groups.
BUDGET: Seeds $40k, Grants $30k, Training $5k, Vocational $12k, Literacy $3k, Coop $4k, Monitoring $6k = $100,000 = 1,000 widows + 5,000 children.
SUSTAINABILITY: After 12 months, $15,000 revolving fund for next batch. In 3 years all 3,900 empowered.
