TCF was incorporated in Nigeria as non-governmental and not for profit organization, registered in Nigeria with Corporate Affairs Commission in 2012 with number CAC/IT/No. 54248 and Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML) in 2013 with number RN: SC191400029 and is duly qualified to enjoy the Tax Exemption Status granted under section 23 (1c) of Companies Income Tax Act (CITA) CAP C21 LFN 2004 (as amended to date). TCF is duly registered with Borno State Agency for Coordination of Sustainable Development and Humanitarian Response in 2020 with number: BACSDHR/REG/TCF/L/0203.


Our specific objectives include to; Promote and Facilitate Peacebuilding, Conflict Resolution and Management; Promote and Facilitate Economic Empowerment of Youth and Women; Promote and Facilitate Citizens’ Engagement in Peace and Security; Promote Understanding, Cooperative Relations and Exchange among People Across Culture and Religion; Embark on Humanitarian Interventions for improving the well-being of People and Communities Affected by Man-made and Natural Disasters; Partner with appropriate organizations on other charitable initiatives; Embark on Research and Information Sharing toward Achieving Specific Developmental Objectives.


TCF areas of specialization includes: Program Development, Management and Implementation; Resource Mobilization; Facilitation and Management of Partnership.


Our activities are designed to; Strengthen society and help individuals reach their full potential by developing the resources needed to achieve those goals; Provide access to the necessary knowledge, technology and expertise in developing sustainable solutions to help ensure accomplishment of program or project goals and objectives.

 

TCF have associate professionals that have experience in various aspects of development work and has the capacity to draw from these associates, to develop any need-based program, organize program management and implementation teams.


TCF has good working relationship with the government and wide range of stakeholders in Nigeria, and has capability of identifying appropriate key stakeholders as may be required by any project and also establishes cordial working relationships for effective and efficient project implementation.


TCF is founding member of Nigeria Grassroots Youth Coalition on Peace and Security, a coalition of 51 youth led and youth focused CSOs, established in 2020 to promote and facilitate domestication and implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2250 on Youth, Peace and Security in Nigeria and West Africa.
