1. Vision: SIPA envisions Somalia a nation achieving full scale of self-reliance, and securing its place and position of the world with peace, stability, and prosperity through economic development across the country.
2. Mission: SIPA is committed to support and actualize to achieve its vision through building capacities and empowering the communities through acquiring knowledge, technical and administrative skills in all spheres and settings.
3. SIPA has successfully implemented multiple projects in Somalia, including:
· Primary healthcare cost recovery advocacy project support by Islamic Development Bank
· Established the first French International School program in Hargeisa which is in line with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs development program in Africa.
· Piloting the first school health policy project in Somalia with partnership to the Ministry of health and Ministry of education jointly.
· Resilience project on effect of Climate Change in Internally Displaced People in Somalia is under way supported by European Union
· Empowering Women Political participation and democratization project is a big project that is currently on-going under the implementation of SIPA.
· Technical expertise consultancy to the Somali Health and Nutrition (SHINE) program, which aims to support the primary health care facilities on District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS2) in order to improvement, development of the Somali National Health Sector Strategic plan III;
· Provision of insights and contributions from the Somali SDGs expert on Social Pillar for the Somaliland National Development Plan III Development;
· Conducted a capacity building sessions with other partners on human rights and SGBV against Somali women;
· The FFO Nexus Project Final Evaluation (Health, Nutrition, WASH, Education, Child Protection Services and Cash Transfers;
· Conducted Training on Nutrition, Care practices and Hygiene for Community coalitions/partners and development of Nutrition Manual: Facilitator’s Manual Development of Transformation (PHAST) work: facilitator’s manual: Participatory Hygiene and Sanitation.
