Somaliland International Patriotic Action (SIPA)

SIPA is a non-profit humanitarian and development organization established in 2020 and devoted to support, build and develop capacities of the communities as well as strengthen the livelihoods of the most disadvantaged families and communities in Northwest Somalia. The reason SIPA was founded is the extreme gaps appearing on the trends of development process in Northwest Somalia that is relatively very low in progression, because of the fact that factors lowering private and public progressive development in Somalia are combinations of public policies and the practices of Somalia Government institutions, and those of international humanitarian organizations and international inter-governmental organizations. The primary focus of SIPA is to support the acquiring knowledge and skills relevant to the performance of national and international policies, legal and institutional regulatory frameworks by building and empowering capacities of human capital, and institutions in relation to all spheres of human rights, democracy, good governance, and development (on health, education, WASH, protection…etc.).
