SAMIN’s Deed of Establishment was notarised by The Eng Gie, a notary in Yogyakarta City, on the 15th of June, 1987 in Yogyakarta City. In 2014, adjustments were made to the Deed of Establishment, to align with the Laws of Foundation. These amendments were made before Sri Mardiana, a notary in the Magelang District, on the 5th of December, 2014. This deed was later approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under the number: AHU-10685.50.10.2014, on the 16th of December. On the 6th of March 2020, a change in the location and structure of the organisation was made in the Deed, and was notarised by Athanasia Dian Santi, SH., M.Kn, in the Magelang Regency and approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia on the 12th of March 2020, under the number: AHU-AH.01.06-0012362.
