ONE REALITY OR

One Reality (OR) is a non-profit organization founded in 2019 by a group of like-minded humanitarian focused individuals in Limbe, Cameroon, to reach out to the most vulnerable people in communities where we operate. OR was born out of a desire to uplift vulnerable communities through holistic development programs.

The southwest region of Cameroon suffers from high rates of poverty, lack of education access, food insecurity, unemployment, and poor health indicators. These challenges disproportionately impact disadvantaged groups including women, youth, children, refugees and rural populations.

Having witnessed these harsh realities firsthand in local communities, OR was established with the mission to restore hope and build resilience among marginalized groups. He assembled a team of experienced development professionals to design responsive, sustainable initiatives.

WHAT WE DO

Skills Training

We provide accessible vocational training programs tailored to local contexts. Disadvantaged youth and women gain qualifications and practical abilities to achieve sustainable livelihoods. Current programs include:ICT, Fashion Design, Graphic.Design,Hairdressing

Empowering Women & Youth

Holistic programs provide professional skills, confidence building, business training and growth opportunities to transform women and youth’s trajectories.

Food Security

Through our different programs : nutrition education, sustainable agriculture, food supplementation and WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) , we combat malnutrition and build resilience in the local communities.

Health & Wellness

We run community health education, disease prevention, nutrition support, hygiene initiatives and improved access to reproductive healthcare. This builds preventive health.

Community Support

We work hand-in-hand with communities to respond to unique needs and priorities in a participatory, sustainable manner.

Our initiatives align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals to build shared prosperity.
