CDF is one of the few people-centered organizations that grew within the local community of Jacobabad Sindh and expanded its geographical outreach from local to national from one province to another province, and from 01 district to 12 districts. 06 Districts in Sindh ( (Jacobabad, Kashmore, Shikarpur,Kambar Shahadkot, Sukkur, Khairpur) and 06 districts in Baluchistan (Jafarabad, Sohbat Pur, Usta Muhammad,Naseerabad, Kachhi and Jhal Magsi).

 

Our Vision is to create a society where every individual has access to quality education, healthcare, clean drinking water and sanitation, and safe and resilient community.

Our Mission is to empower communities to improve their quality of life by providing quality education, health care, WASH disaster and climate change solutions.

We work with local communities and partners to build capacity strengthen resilience and create sustainable development models that benefit the entire communities.

We strive to create lasting impact and achieve our vision by leveraging our expertise, resources and partnerships to drive change and promote equitable access to essential services and opportunities for all.

 

Our Objectives:

·       Ensure inclusive and equitable access to quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all individuals, regardless of age or gender, to foster personal development, social inclusion, and economic empowerment.

·       Strengthen disaster management and climate resilience measures, integrating climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies into all sectors, to protect communities, ecosystems, and livelihoods from the adverse impacts of climate change, with a focus on vulnerable populations.

·       Foster sustainable and inclusive food systems that ensure food security, nutrition, and the sustainable management of natural resources, while promoting resilient agricultural practices, improving access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services, and generating sustainable livelihood opportunities for all.

·       Provide timely and effective humanitarian assistance to affected populations, ensuring their safety, protection, and dignity, while supporting their recovery and self-sufficiency through the provision of shelter, livelihood support, child protection, access to essential non-food items, and the promotion of cash-based interventions.

·       Promote accountable, transparent, and inclusive governance systems that uphold and protect human rights, gender equality, and citizen participation in decision-making processes, for a more resilient, stable, and just society.
