During a full academic year, the training takes place through a gradual program that accommodates the complete manufacturing processes. The program includes training only 10 students who are selected from a group of students after confirming their desire and ability to develop their self.

We are considering adding another day to production in which high-quality products are produced by distinguished students, so that we can guarantee job opportunities for distinguished students, and we will also ensure the continuation of the training program.

In order to develop the program, machines must be added to speed up production and ensure higher quality, applied on the products.

In addition, a shoes department will be established to accommodate a larger number of students.

A number of people with mobility disabilities can also be accommodated if the handicap is not at hand.
