Al-Amal Foundation for Training and Entrepreneurship (Reyadah) is a non-profit development institution, licensed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Yemen under No. (14/13/m) on 04/05/2013. It was established as a result of the efforts of the Al-Amal Microfinance Bank, the Arab Gulf Program for Development (AGFUND), and the Arab Bugshan Group.

Reyadah’s vision is to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Yemen, and it works to achieve its goals through 1) spreading the culture of entrepreneurship, 2) providing business development services represented in training and technical assistance such as consulting and mentorship, infrastructure as a business incubator, and access to markets, information, and finance. 3) Integrating formal and non-formal education to address youth skills gaps and enhance their access to jobs according to the needs of the labor market.
