Summary

The campaign aims to provide patients with access to healthcare, addressing the challenges posed by multiple crises and centralized healthcare in Lebanon.

Challenge

Lebanon faces challenges in its healthcare system, especially considering the critical importance of early diagnosis and proper initial management for a better prognosis of COVID-19. With over 80% of patients requiring adequate monitoring at home, the virus continues to spread, and individuals deteriorating at home often lack the capability to monitor their disease progression.

In many ways, the COVID-19 Support Program served as an experiment. Can e-health enable responsive access to professional care amidst multiple crises? And, if so, will the world unite to support this initiative?

Solution

We've developed an automated system to track disease progression and offer timely medical guidance to COVID-19 patients, accessible anywhere and anytime. Our hybrid solution, combines digital and physical elements:

  • Connects patients with health professionals
  • Equips patients with the necessary tools for remote monitoring
  • Guides individuals through the healthcare system
  • Provides ongoing support until recovery.

We must act now to ensure equitable access to patient-centered facilities in rural areas! We are advancing more than ever to guarantee that all communities have the professional health guidance they need and deserve.
