Challenge
Living conditions in Lebanon have become increasingly unbearable. The country is grappling with a multifaceted crisis, severely impacting purchasing power. Small shops are particularly hard-hit, struggling to keep their doors open amidst these challenges.
Solution
The digital voucher app serves as a means for families in need to reclaim their purchasing power during a period of resource scarcity. A pioneering initiative, this app has been developed to securely and transparently channel donations to underprivileged families through e-vouchers. These vouchers can be utilized at specific merchants, businesses, and supermarkets. This innovative design ensures transparent transactions, guaranteeing that beneficiaries make the most of monetary donations and direct them towards meaningful use.
The choice of e-vouchers in the app's donation distribution approach offers numerous advantages, with security being the foremost. E-vouchers eliminate the risk of being lost, forged, or stolen. The user experience is both easy and seamless, requiring nothing more than logging in with the user's credentials and perusing available vouchers and partner merchants. This ensures a secure and user-friendly process for both donors and recipients.

Firstly, you will empower vulnerable individuals affected by the Beirut blast to regain their purchasing power, enabling them to shop for basic necessities with dignity and autonomy rather than solely relying on a food box. Through a new app, users will have access to an online wallet that they can use at small shops and grocery stores to purchase essential items (excluding tobacco and alcohol).
