Interested in learning more about storytelling? Join us for our Tadamon Talks to understand the elements of a good story. We’ll look into why storytelling is important for crowdfunding and how to craft a powerful narrative. You’ll leave knowing how to identify and elevate inspiring stories in your community.

The talk will be led by Zahra Abdihagi, poet and executive director at The Somali Storytellers, a multimedia and communications community organization that focuses on film production, content creation, photography, and media consultancy through interactive storytelling.

They have experience in training civil society organizations in the art of digital storytelling to bring impact and change to communities as they achieve their crowdfunding goals.

In addition, we will be joined by Sandra Vlašić, Wordsmith for Systems Innovation, UNDP, who has a knack for copywriting and telling stories. She will share insights and examples of stories that move people’s hearts and minds.

The webinar will be in English (with translation in French and Arabic) and open to the public.
